Karima Bryant


Karima Bryant is a Leadership Development Consultant responsible for coaching, and design and delivery of initiatives.

Prior to this role, Karima was a Senior Managing Consultant, in IBM’s Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence, responsible for developing and leading change management programs that support high priority, cross-enterprise transformation initiatives.

Karima has 14 years of experience in IBM.  During this time, she has held a variety of positions including Managing Consultant, Values and Organizational Capability where she was responsible for leading work efforts to advance IBM’s Values-based culture and leadership to ensure that IBM’s Values became pervasive in how IBMers operate and behave globally.

She was Global Client Relationship Manager, Learning and Knowledge (L&K) where she partnered with business leaders as a trusted advisor to deliver customized L&K products and services to improve performance and increase capabilities for over 1,400 practitioners.

She was also in Professional Development, Learning and Knowledge, where she was responsible for managing executive leadership programs, delivering training, and designing courses.

Prior to joining IBM, Karima was a Consultant, Organization and Change Strategy, with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) Consulting where she worked in the Global Program Management Office for their $3.5 billion merger with IBM.  Karima was also an Assistant Vice President, Export Letter of Credit Operations, at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Karima serves as an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s School for Professional Studies in the Department of Leadership and Human Capital Management

Karima is a graduate of Hampton University, and received her Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.  Areas of expertise include: organizational and culture change, organizational effectiveness, change management, and learning and development.
